Our work is underpinned by a set of principles; areas where we strive for best practice, and which inform our work at every stage of the project.
Accessibility
We question the barriers and inequalities in our our networks, our work and our shared spaces. Our aim is a community of creativity where we are all welcome, safe, cared for, and have agency.
Sustainability
We aim to work regeneratively, within the boundaries and cycles of the living planet. Environmental sustainability and always questioning how we can impact on the world more gently is central to our work.
Innovation
We are part of the current, essential, collective reimagining of the world. Our process is curious and exploratory, with all the messy experimentation that involves. We are fascinated by testing out new ways of working, new technologies, evaluating and sharing as we go.
