Wild Rumpus Volunteers – Terms and Conditions

We want to make sure you get as much out of your time with us as possible so for the benefit of all our Wild Rumpus family please have a read through our t’s and c’s!

Wild Rumpus defines a volunteer in this way: Someone who is 18 years old or over, and is able to complete an assigned shift on their own.

– You agree to complete all assigned shifts
– During set up week these are generally between 9:00 – 19:00
– All volunteers on site during the event will work designated shifts during set up and the event itself.

-There are no volunteers present for the event weekends that will not be required to work.
– You agree to (where necessary) arrange child care to enable you to carry out shifts (Families are expected to complete the minimum hours but can split the hours between two adults of course!) We have limited family places so please indicate clearly on your application that you will be bringing your family and details of how you see it working for you!
– You agree to attending a Health and Safety induction on arrival and any other training we think will be necessary for your role.
– You agree to complete your assigned shifts on time.
– You agree to be responsible for your own safety and that of your belongings.
– Inappropriate behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated, this includes use of illegal drugs, excessive alcohol consumption or any other disruptive behaviour.

– If you come to our festival with children, you agree to take full responsibility for your children under 18 years old onsite at all times.
– Please see the Wild Rumpus audience t’s and c’s of what you can and can’t bring to site! You can find that here.
