Adventure awaits among the trees!
This summer we are partnering with Kew Gardens in creating an interactive and playful experience for their summer programme!
Audiences will be invited to step into an adventure of making and exploring, living out exciting stories and creating memories together, as we dive into the wonder of the oak tree. They will meet unique characters, hear botanical wisdom, battle lightning with mighty acorns, and parade joyfully as they take your place as proud oaktivists!
Families will explore the wisdom of the great oak tree, learning all about how the oak trees witness and sustain the world around us. Discover the fascinating species that make the oak tree their home and find out how they all connect with each other.
A creative experience
‘We’re thrilled to be collaborating with Wild Rumpus to bring the magic of Oaklore to Kew Gardens as part of our summer-long celebration of trees. This new interactive adventure will allow our youngervisitors to explore the wonder of oak trees through memorable encounters with Wild Rumpus’ creations – the Oak-Keepers, unique characters who will share their wisdom and encourage participants to appreciate the magic of trees in exuberant and creative ways. Blending Wild Rumpus’ signature approach to connecting audiences with nature through art and play, Oaklore promises to be an enchanting and thought-provoking experience for all families visiting Kew this summer.’
